Staff on front desk didn’t speak good English so hard to communicate with Weird banging in the night on 33rd floor Sauna and steam room you had to ask to turn on in advance which I wasn’t informed about Breakfast was average Strong Sewage smell in room bathroom Room was too cold and couldn’t be changed Limited alcoholic drinks for room service

Friendly staff great restaurant and great cleaners. We had a 1 bedroom and it was really liveable. Quite roomy and lots of storage.

There was a machine that started up but in a city that will happen nearly everywhere.

Room was super big and clean. Staffs were super nice and helpfull. It is just q few steps from the subway station

Although the room have a very good air circulation system and a nice windown vitrine, the windows cant be open.
