Palm Grove

Gorgeous location. Good breakfast and friendly staff

King beds are too soft to be comfortable. No where to put bags or items in the downstairs king room.

Palm Grove is as close to perfect as you can get. We stayed in a Bungalow (which was clean and have everything you need) on the beach, and spent days swimming, snorkeling and Kayaking. The resort is immaculate, if it was windy at the beach we spent time by the pool which was protected from the wind. The staff are exceptional, so friendly, and really helpful. The Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The resort has a bus stop, and is only a couple of hundred metres from a Supermarket and other restaurants. I'm not sure how they could improve.

The facility was super clean! We had the garden view eoom and it was just perfect! Pretty mu h the size of a single house. The room is not dated, it was very modern, clean and comfortable. Room service everyday with amazing cleaners who are always happy, fast and efficient. Reception ladies are AMAZING! always greet you around the resort and we're always happy to help when needed. Restaurant on-site! Super convenient for complementary breakfast every morning and open for lunch and dinner. Happy our on a Friday,free drinks for those staying in palm grove for 1.5hours! Free entertainment also. Swimming pool in close by with bbq for everyone's use. The beach....probably the best in raro! Golden sand and beautiful turquoise water and the best spot for snorkeling. Free kayak use, deposit for snorkeling and beach equipment, returned once items are handed back. I can go on and on, i highly recommend palm grove for anyone looking at staying. We will definitely be returning.

Can’t stay there for ever, sad

We've visited Palm Grove every time I've visited Rarotonga, and we will continue to stay everytime we come. The beach villa was the best experience we have had. We loved the privacy, access and the villa itself! Love the happy hour and the free snorkel/kayak equipment. The bus stop outside made transport around the island easy. The SPCA is just down the road, and a fast travel to walk the dogs in the morning. We didn't need our room cleaned everyday - due to our own reasons, but the equipment they left made cleaning the room a breeze. Thank you Palm Grove for an exceptional stay-cation!!

Our Villa was absolute beach front . Breakfast was great. Location was excellent.

Great location

Uncomfortable bed

We chose it for the fantastic beach area and the wide lagoon to swim and snorkel in. Along with staying at a smaller resort which is quiet. The free breakfast was very good with a range of fruits and baked goods. All our lunch and dinners at the Hibiscus restaurant were great value and tasty. Loved the caesar salad. While the units are clean, they are looking a little tired and could.do.with new paint. The pool was quiet small and we didnt end up using it as we preferred the beach.
