We stayed at Palm Grove as a Family and had the most wonderful time. We were all made so very welcome and cannot thank all the staff enough. It was a very special time for us all and we had a great stay. Our accommodation was perfect, beautiful location and very clean. The Yellow Hibiscus Restaurant served exquisite food and drinks. The breakfast was delicious everyday with the option of a cooked breakfast which the children had on a number of occasions. We recommend snorkeling at the beautiful Lagoon, it will not disappoint. We were all very sad to say goodbye and are looking forward to our next visit. Again, thank you to the fabulous staff, perfection every time we visit. McFarlane and Brown Family - New Zealand

Second year staying at Palm Grove Beachfront Studio. We will definitely be back What a beautiful view with comfy bed and breakfast included. Snorkeling right from the beach in front of the studios. Quiet and private with help from staff if you need. We are from Hawaii and this is where we choose to vacation.

Garden rooms were attractively spaced around the pool, well furnished and a short walk to the white sand beach. Useful restaurant for lunch and dinner. Staff were cheerful, fun and very helpful. Great laundry and library on site

Wi-Fi was unreliable and expensive - Vodafone seem to practice a form of digital colonialism across the island.

When planning the trip to Rarotonga, our travel agent offered a number of accommodation options to choose from. I read up on each one, but for some reason, I was continually drawn to Palm Grove. We are so pleased I chose this resort. Once we got thru customs, we were immediately greeted by Thai with leis. Once we checked in at the airport location, we were whisked away to the resort. Our flight from Honolulu arrived late at night, but Thai made sure everything was "good to go" upon arrival. Our bungalow was situated on the beach (less than 20 yards from the ocean) with amazing views. From that point on, our stay was fabulous, the service was impeccable, and anything we needed was readily available. Daily room service, daily breakfast at the Yellow Hibiscus, laundry, pool, Vodafone service, scooter rental, kayak, snorkeling gear, and more. Mama Tum and her crew went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing, and it was. Oh, and if you wanted to be "one with nature," the roosters, hens, baby chicks, myna birds, and our local canine (we named Cook) will keep you company. If I may make a brief plug, please donate to the Cook Islands SPCA as they help many of the animals survive day to day. Can't say enough good things about Palm Grove. Definitely a place we'll return to next time we visit Rarotonga.
