Very rude front desk during check-in. Almost like I was bothering them checking in at 4:30pm. Room had very drafty door where cold wind was blowing through. Bed was a little better than slab of concrete.

I liked my company I kept that night

The sheets were dirty when I asked for clean sheets and blankets. They gave me two sheets and one blanket because their washing machine was broken. I checked out early and when I try to get my money back, they were extremely uncooperative with booking.com and refuse to talk to him to let them know that I had checked out early, so I never got my money back
