The resort is beautiful, especially the big garden with it's wild birds, lizards, chipmunks! The staff and the confort of the bungalows were lovely too.

Due to low season, the breakfast was "a la carte" which makes sense and we were happy that the hotel tries to avoid wasting food, but the menu was a bit unclear and we'd rather have had an actual menu with a few options than a check-list like it was done. Coffee and tea were not great, no Vietnamese coffee offered, for example. The soup offered (not indicated on list though) was tasty!

Hồ bơi, cảnh quan, vườn cây, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ rất tốt. Có quà tặng kèm gồm bánh kem và voucher giảm giá theo độ tuổi vào ngày sinh nhật khi check in tại khách sạn.

Nhà hàng mùa cuối tháng 5 hơi nóng vì gió biển hơi lặng/ hoặc gặp ngày trời lặng gió nên khá nóng. Cần bổ sung thêm quạt máy di dộng. Vòi nước cố định nên khó sử dụng khi muốn xịt sàn toilet mặc dù toilet thiết kế rất hay và rộng rãi. Chưa có nhân viên trực cứu hộ bãi biển nên sợ không dám tắm. Tuy nhiên phía trên bờ biển có nhiều thứ rất đáng trải nghiệm gồm xích đu, bập bênh, bãi cát mịn màng. Nhà hàng ngay bãi biển là một điểm cộng rất lớn.

Une approche administrative à l’accueil. Dommage. Par ailleurs dans un hôtel 4 étoiles dommage que le niveau des anglais soit si faible.

The resort is very well maintained and quiet, impressive to see how all the staff is friendly and caring for customers and the resort. The swimming pool is nice and our bungalow was also very nice and clean. The garden is beautiful and staff attend the lawn, trees flowers daily. Same for the rest of the hotel. The food at the restaurant is good and much better than any restaurant we tried outside.

Nothing great place to stay at. The surroundings are very touristy with primary mass tourism (from Russia).

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Resort. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage. Direkt am Strand. Ruhig, von der Straße nichts zu hören. Keine Animation.😊 Idealer Rückzugsort für Ruhesuchende. Personal sehr freundlich und höflich.🙏 Bungalows zwar schlicht, aber hochwertig eingerichtet. Schöne Terrasse.Abends wurde immer eine Duftkerze angezündet. Liegen an Strand und Pool in ausreichender Zahl verfügbar. Nett war auch die tägliche Fütterung der Eichhörnchen 🐿️

Am Blue Ocean gibt es nichts auszusetzen.Allerdings ist Mui Ne sehr touristisch geprägt, vorwiegend russisch. Wobei wir nichts negatives über die russischen Touristen sagen können. Dadurch kommt aber das Vietnam Gefühl doch ein wenig abhanden.🦁

This is a stunning medium size resort that feels intimate and welcoming.  The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool and seafront feel wonderfully exclusive and the breakfast buffet has a superb selection.  All of which you can probably get at most hotels along the coast line. What sets this resort apart is the genuine and positive engagement of the staff.  They are obviously encouraged by the wonderful general manager Kristy, to prioritise the guests. We have seen numerous extended interactions, where the staff have stopped what they were doing and chatted with guests. It makes the whole experience feel so intimate and special.  All the staff are absolutely lovely. Of particular note Thúy, the duty manager was a gem; and a waitress also called Thúy was so enthusiastic and we loved her efforts to improve our Vietnamese. The food was superb and we recommend eating there in the evenings. Overall an amazing hotel with exceptional staff.

The WiFi is not meshed. The WiFi signal is generally good but, as it is zoned, you have to log at each location.  Just an inconvenience. There is a resort 5g but it's not very strong. The outside strip mainly caters for Russian package holiday makers.  There are one or two ok restaurants and some inexpensive massage spas. The Blue Ocean Resort is though near perfect.
