Beautiful cottage full of character, minutes from the SkyHigh observatory. Great for staying in, very cozy, and also excellent location to roam around and explore the beautiful Dandenong Ranges

The room itself was comfortable and the location was peaceful with nice surroundings. The bed was comfortable.

The eggs provided for breakfast on the first day were frozen and not usable. Bacon ok.Had to call and ask for extra coffee, tea and sugar and still received no sugar. There was no staff available at the property on Monday, guests were expected to clean after themselves, and no breakfast was provided on the second day on the second day of stay. The service and hospitality did not meet expetations. Windows and the rangehood look like never been washed before.

The exterior of the rooms is stunning. It's also in a leafy area of Mt Dandenong

The 'superb' breakfast was Aldi brand bacon and eggs, with three slices of bread in the fridge. When you make yourself out to be a BnB, there is an expectation that breakfast will actually be cooked and provided to you. If that is not the case, it needs to be clear on the booking. There are a lot of signs in the room telling you what to do and what not to do. For example, a $30 fine if you leave any dish unwashed. The mattress was hard and the bathroom was tiny. The shower head only went up to my chin and I'm only 178cm tall. The photos on Booking.com are outdated, the room was not as vibrant as what is let on.

Tranquil and romantic. Indoor spa bath was great, as was private patio out back. Warm blankets and good heating.

Bathroom was freezing and the TV wasn’t able to consistently connect to internet.
