The property is located on the 2nd floor in a building with no elevator. Convenient self check-in system available. Detailed arrival instructions are provided prior to arrival. The property is located in a historic Lucchese tower house. There is no elevator and all rooms are accessible only by stairs. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is not served at the property. Several cafés, bakeries and restaurants are located just outside the property on and around Piazza San Michele. The property is situated within Lucca's historic pedestrian centre. Public parking is available outside the city walls, approximately a 5–10 minute walk away.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Locatie is top, middan in Lucca. Afstand tot parkeer garage is goed te doen.

We hadden de bovenste etage. Je moet wel heel veel trappen op, daar moet je wel rekening mee houden.

"Schöner Aufenthalt in Lucca"

Super Lage mitten in Lucca. Zimmer war sehr gross und mit allem ausgestattet.

Check-In vor Ort an einem Terminal, obwohl ich bereits Online-Check-In gemacht habe. Sehr unpersönlich

eine Rezeption mit Menschen ist schon schöner als ein "Empfangsautomat" und wenn die freundliche Reinigungsdame nichtvgeholfen hätte, hätte ich das eincheckenc wohl nicht geschafft.

"Wunderbares Hotel in der Innenstadt OHNE Aufzug und ausschließlich Selbst-check IN inkl PINs"

Sehr zentrales Hotel, wunderbar gelegen in der City, die Suite ist zu empfehlen. das Bad war fantastisch und hatte eine unglaubliche Größe, Trotz Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Klimaanlage, großzügig gestaltet ink. TV

Leider hat das Haus keinen Aufzug so dass wir die Koffer in die 2.Etage tragen mußten. Daher würden wir das Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Wenn man mit Rucksack oder leichtem Gepäck unterwegs ist, ist es def. zu empfehlen. Kein Stellplatz vor dem Haus, daher mußten wir mit den Koffer die 700 m gehen. Nicht weit aber 700 m können auf Kopfsteinplaster lang werden. Vor dem Haus kann nicht kurz für die Entladung geparkt werden. Schwierig war das Check-in. Zuviel Kommunikation vor der Anreise. In einem der x e-mail stand auch die PIN für das Zimmer und die Hauseingangstür. Als wir schweißgebadet im 2. Stock angekommen sind (kein Aufzug), mußten wir als nächstes die Pässe selbst scannen und haben wieder einen PIN erhalten für die Zimmerkarte. ZUVIEL PINS def! Wer IT technisch nicht so fit ist, lieber ein klassisches Hotel buchen.

"La città è bella ma in quella struttura non tornerei."

È una bella dimora ma andrebbe rinnovata. Le stanze sono belle.

Non ci sono ascensori o montacarichi. Non ci sono indicazioni e soprattutto i proprietari non sono presenti nella struttura e non rispondono al telefono e non richiamano proprio.

Just amazing, well located and very large.

The check in is automated, the computer froze & had to wait 1 hour to get a response. Other than that a great choice!
