"Joli emplacement, mais service inexistant"

L’emplacement est super en plein centre

Aucun personnel. J’ai essayé de joindre une trentaine de fois quelqu’un car j’ai eu un problème dans ma chambre et personne ne m’a jamais répondu. Ni au téléphone ni aux mails. J’ai dû aller voir les commerçants en bas pour trouver une solution sans succès.

Camera pulita, in ordine. Ottima la posizione.

La stanza era molto fredda. Capisco che sotto Natale possa fare freddo, ma la temperatura in camera appena arrivati era di 14,5 gradi. Lasciando in funzione l'impianto appena arrivati alle ore 15, alla sera la temperatura era salita a 16,5. Abbiamo dormito con tre coperte.

La posizione ottimale e la stanza da letto grandissima era praticamente una junior suite con due letti matrimoniali , due bagni e due salottini pagata come una sola stanza

Pensavo di trovare qualcuno alla reception, ma sono solo di vecchio stampo.
