property is full self check-in. Lots of stairs but it’s old Italy so as to be expected. Room was on the larger side but view was of a back alley/restaurant unlike the pictures in the website/booking. I had try to contact them many times without any reply other then an auto response to “let them know if i needed anything”… got back to our room on our second day and the power would not work, luckily ran into the owner in the hallway. She was helpful but if not for running into her at the perfect time i’m not sure how we would have gotten that working. Website and booking said breakfast was included and that was not true. Overall it was clean and in a good location but would probably not recommend.

Great hotel with easy self check in, rooms are really spacious and clean. Great location!, really central/ be prepared it is noisy at night from the streets due to location- so bring earplugs.

The suite was fantastic. We loved the antique style. Very spacious. Superb shower. Very clean.

The check-in experience. The street noise despite the double glazing. The poor WiFi cover and speed. Lack of WiFi security. The air conditioning was difficult to work (no instructions) and was very noisy. It made a loud clunk when the fan went off after reaching the set temperature.

The self check in didn’t work & it took a long teams call to get me checked in. The room was great with a small balcony and lovely bathroom. I would consider staying again as it was very central in Lucca.

L'appartamento è veramente di una bellezza incredibile. Sono riusciti a modernizzarlo senza togliere il tocco di storia. Molto ampio il soggiorno con divano e frigo, camera da letto spaziosa e ben illuminata, dotata di letto molto comodo. Il bagno è davvero grande, ha sia la doccia che la vasca da bagno. La posizione è buona, in pieno centro, con la vista sul campanile.
