Posizione perfetta, camera bellissima.

Unica pecca sono le scale ma non si può chiedere di più per un palazzo storico.

location, grandezza della stanza, servizi nella stanza (aria condizionata, frigo, bagno bellissimo, cieco ma molto grande con doccia enorme), vista panoramica sullo skyline e su piazza san Michele!

se proprio devo trovare un difetto, eravamo al 4 piano, quindi non sono state il massimo della vita le scale. niente di grave eh, superabilissime magari riprendendo fiato a metà. Ma sicuramente un po' faticose. Vale comunque la pena scegliere questa struttura per la location, la vista, la stanza e i servizi.

I booked this reservation far in advance, letting the staff know when we would be checking in by email, text and phone. On arrival, we were locked out of our room because the key was never there. When the staff was notified, they argued with me and said they were coming out to help us gain access. Once they showed up, it was revealed the missing key had been broken off in the key hole by someone prior to our arrival. My son and I sat there, covered in sweat while the staff tried to retrieve the key but was unable. After waiting well over an hour past the time of our arrival, we had to book another location as the staff was unable to grant us access to our room. I’m asking for a refund. I do not recommend this location.

Fullständig nonchalans att vi inte kunde låsa ett rum och på de frågor vibstälkt om frukost. Ett par fick försöka sova med öppen dörr. Väldigt spartanskt inrett gör att vara i centrum av Lucca och vi hade ändå svit. AC som väsnades och dålig effekt.

The location was superb, as long as you were happy to hear all the live concerts, which we were delighted and surprised about! The outside space was a bonus. Lovely big room, dual aspect. Huge fridge was a bonus, shame about the kettle but no cups or coffee

Self check in was a nightmare. No one available when problems arose. The toilet ceased to flush, we texted but have still not had a response two days later. We were left without a functioning toilet with no alternative offered. We were asked for our opinion of check in, responded but still have had no reaction. As mentioned in the info, there are a lot of stairs! Be aware!

A stunning suite, beautiful view of the church, perfect location - easily walkable to everywhere. Pure luxury and great value for money

I couldn't find a full length mirror - but there probably was one.
