We loved our stay here. I have to say its the best motel we have ever stayed in. Our studio room was super comfy. Beautiful day core. We felt at home. The location is wonderful as you get great views of the lake. The owner was lovely and very accommodating. She gaves us great advice where to have dinner etc. Walking distance to the city centre. We will be back.

We spent only 1 night, in room #11, in transit to Doubtful Sound during early January but found it to be excellent. The room was spotless and well maintained; reception and staff friendly and helpful; parking secure; and within 15 minutes stroll from town center, including stores and restaurants (eg, Sandfly Cafe and Fat Duck). Located directly across the road from lake, which was clearly visible from front window.
