L’emplacement, vue sur la grand place de Bruges , chambre très spacieuse.

Il n’y a pas de conciergerie, nous sommes arrivé en plein rush du services et on ne savait trop où s’enregistrer. On a une belle cuisine équipée mais pas de sièges pour s’y asseoir 😅

Fantastic location

The very loud ongoing banging noise we could hear all night which means we didn’t sleep at all. The host has been contacted about this and are yet to respond.

Très bonne situation en plein centre de Bruges

La chambre n'est pas adaptée pour 5 personnes. A notre arrivée, nous constatons qu'il y a seulement 1 lit 2 personnes et 1 divan lit pour 2 personnes, pourtant, l'annonce stipulait 5 couchages !!! De plus, pas de drap ni d'oreiller pour le divan lit !!! Contact difficile avec le personnel qui ne semblait pas s'inquiéter de la situation. Après plusieurs heures de tractations, nous avons pu obtenir des draps et 3 coussins, mais nos enfants ont mal dormi (à 3 dans un couchage 2 personnes). Nous déconseillons cet établissement si vous êtes 5 !

De locatie is super; direct aan het plein. Er is voldoende ruimte in het appartement. Beddengoed en handdoeken waren acceptabel schoon en fris. Lekkere koffiecups!!

Muur in het toilet was niet schoon; plasdruppels van de lambrisering gepoetst..Waterdruk was erg laag waardoor bad heel langzaam volliep. Er zat nog en rand in het bad.... Er is een hele keuken met uitrusting maar vrijwel geen servies of bestek. In de slaapkamer was een voortdurend hard geluid van de afzuiger hoorbaar. Slaapkamer boven was prima.

Location was spot on right in the heart of the town, although be aware parking is a nightmare and under ground car parking suitable for small cars if travelling with top box you will not fit

l’hôtel n’a pas de réception, et fonctionne à l’intérieur d’un restaurant. Pour entrer et sortir nous devons passer à l’intérieur du restaurant. Les photos qui ont été montrées ne sont pas vraies. L’hôtel ressemble à un château hanté qui a besoin d’être rénové.Mauvaise hygiène, serviettes de mauvaise qualité et avec une odeur de moisi. Tapis de salle de bain sale. Et l’aspect de la chambre avec des portes verrouillées pour d’autres accès. J’ai dormi avec les lumières allumées parce que j’avais peur la nuit, car je voyageais avec ma fille et je ne me sentais pas en sécurité.

The location is amazing. The value for money… 3 double beds (2 rooms and one in the main living area) was a big surprise. It’s decorated nicely. Lots of space and a lovely view. The room also had a kitchen.

I don’t want this to be unfair… however, went to check in. You walk through the restaurant into the bar. At this point it’s clear that no one is employed to check you in. They are all focused on being restaurant staff. Finally got checked in after standing to the side of the bar. Given the key and told where to find room. The room was lovely HOWEVER they have a plumbing issue. The sound coming from the shower was as if they were drilling. I believe it’s due to an air lock. My other half went down and ask someone to come and look/fix or move us to another room. A lad (spoke better English) came up, looked shocked and said he will call his boss and check up stairs as that was where the issue was. 20min later nothing. So my other half went back down to find the staff eating lunch and when he asked what’s happening he was told the boss was not answering his phone. So my other half asked to move rooms or have our money back. We eventually got a refund.
