Look at the Google reviews before booking, god knows how the rating on here is so high. The room was dirty, has exposed electric wires, and has bed bugs. This is not a safe place to stay. The people running the place fobbed us off, conveniently no one there was actually in charge. Extremely poor and this place should be removed from Expedia

This apartment is in an excellent position at central Bruges, right next to the Belfort tower and central to the Markt. It is a 3-bedroom apartment (I was unaware of this as head read it was advertised as a 10window apartment overlooking the Markt). The 10 window apartment was impressive with its positioning and was clearly once a very grand apartment. But, it is now a very tired looking and needs a good clean and upgrading. The kitchenette area(very useful for breakfast and coffee) needs a facelift and seems to be stick in the 90s. There was a plug socket hanging off the wall next to the bed and areas where a lick of paint was needed. The bathroom had been updated and was nice, but needed a good scrub. Cleanliness was mainly superficial The two other double bedrooms were looking a little tired and carpet in the hallway needs to be changed. The strangest discovery was a drawer with various items and a cast iron chair in the seating area… There is a restaurant downstairs, but we didn’t eat there. Would I go back- not in its current state. With an upgrade, yes as it was so convenient and not noisy considering its central location.

Horrible! Bed Bugs! This hotel knowingly exposed my family to bed bugs. My 7 month old baby has bites all over. The hotel will not respond to our messages.

The bed bug bites are so bad that I have a medical certificate and had to go to the hospital because I had an allergic reaction to the bites. It is not one bite , not one bug, but a total infestation. Head to toe bites.

The rooms were tied and clumsy. Poorly maintained with a lack of plug sockets. The shower wasn’t great for pressure. Although there was a full fridge in the room, no English Breakfast, coffee or milk was provided. The beds were hard. There were about 8 windows in the room, but weren’t easy to leave open as there were inner window. Luckily, it wasn’t too hot at night, so we could leave them closed. The lift was temperamental, and there were steps up to the lift and then within the bedroom.

Niet goed schoon, douche liep niet goed weg en was niet altijd goed warm, ingericht met verouderde meubels en dekens over vieze meubels.
