"Belgrade escape"

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location couldn’t be better – close to everything, but still quiet enough to relax. What really stood out was the staff – especially the receptionist who checked us in (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name). She was warm, welcoming, and even gave us a few great local tips. The whole place has a relaxed and friendly vibe. Our room was cozy and clean, also nice view. Would happily come back!

"Some Bossy, Controlling Staff"

A bossy male staff member publicly scolded us in front of other many other people during breakfast because we were sharing birthday gifts! This authoritative bossy staff member didn’t like us exchanging gifts of chocolate between ourselves! This type of controlling environment by a bossy staff member is inappropriate and the hotel management shouldn’t have bossy employees that are more interested in ruining the guests stay at the hotel!

Vi havde et fint ophold, men var skuffede over, at niveauet for morgenmaden tilsyneladende kan variere meget fra Moxy-hotel til Moxy-hotel. Morgenmaden i Beograd var stærkt begrænset og kedelig. Hvorimod den på Moxy i Lissabon var rigtig lækker. Bookede netop Moxy igen med forventning om et tilsvarende niveau, men det er der åbenbart ingen garanti for, desværre.
