Friendly and helpful staff

We asked for a wheelchair friendly room but found the doorways to bedrooms and bathroom too narrow. Wheelchair unable to access garden areas, doorways too narrow. Showers were mouldy and the toilet seat in the 2nd bathroom must have been treated with bleach or something which caused the seat to become disfigured.

It suited our needs and had tea, coffee etc . It was clean and reception were very helpful.

It was quite dated.

The view was stunning, great room sizes. Pool was good. Lots of brochures at reception, reception lady was very helpful.

The deep round bath made showering difficult. Could only use the air conditioner in the living or bedroom area, not the whole unit at the same time, and it wasn't very efficient. Could do with some maintenance eg light bulbs, curtain hooks broken, blinds not able to be moved, minimal outdoor furniture on decks.

No bbq facilities. Strong smell in drains.

Great apartment with beautiful view from the balcony, great location, very helpful staff.

Beds were not comfortable, too soft and poor quality mattresses, my brother got back ache and husband couldn't sleep the first night at all.

Initial problem with the key not being in the locked box, had to chase up a missing night manager. Not convenient, but eventually sorted. A very spacious apartment, and fairly clean (shower could have been better and the blanket on our bed needed wshing) however the cane furniture whilst looking good was not really comfortable. We had an issue with a faulty toaster which was promptly replaced, so that was good. There was little in the way of detail regarding rubbish disposal, recyling options etc. Having asked for a ground floor apartment, we lacked a view, however, we had a private and large outdoor area at our disposal which was very nice. Overall it was quite ok for our needs.

Mentioned above, the blanket on our bed was not clean, and the shower needed the grout cleaning. The cane furniture as not at all comfortable, despite the many cushions provided.
