The pool was wonderful

The spa was not working by the pool. The spa in the apartment didn't work either. Air conditioner wasnt working in the main bedroom. Weren't even supplied milk for your coffee and tea. No notification about spas not working. Manager of premises was quite rude to my guests.

Excellent location, good staff, great view. Beds were comfortable. Secure parking, smooth check in. Great stay for family.

Stayed at apt # 28 on the 7th floor, Main ensuite AC was not getting cool. Staff had a look but couldn’t do anything about it. Ensuite bathroom did not have curtains around the bath tub and to the window, water went everywhere and pretty much everyone from the outside can see in to the bathroom. The room and facilities are dated , definitely due for an upgrade. Noticed some mould on the door in the second bedroom. This place was really expensive based on what was provided

Location and comfort was great. Easy to get into and out of and parking was awesome. View was excellent.

The room and bathroom in particular could have been cleaner. There was hair in the bathroom. The oven didn't work either.

Good foreshore location, close to amenities with great ocean and mountain views. Enjoyed using balcony seating area. A spacious apartment with a well equipped modern kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice pool area and pool. The location is quiet at night time. Nice leather lounge seating in the lounge area. Good cooling in the lounge and kitchen area. Good washine machine and a dryer. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had to ask for a working fan for the bedroom, which was promptly supplied. One toilet did not flush well, reported, and will be fixed. Tiles in the bathroom need to be cleaned more, especially behind the door and grout. The dining table is very worn and needs to be replaced or painted. The tv in the lounge is hard to operate maybe remote needs a new battery.

Location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Fantastic view of the ocean and esplanade. Easy access to the apartment

Old building, needs major refurb. Apartment was not very clean, cockroaches a regular sight. Foyer stinks of rotten rubbish from disposal chute. Furniture very worn and stained.
