181 The Esplanade

Oceanfront location was fantastic although quite a bit of walk from the lively esplanade. But we liked the quieter part of this property’s location. The grocery stores were far. It would be okay for those who have cars. The nearest grocery store was quite expensive.

The bathrooms need updating. Kitchen lacked in some essentials for examples there were no drinking glasses. Just wine glasses. The general cleaning products were lacking. When you stay for 5 nights and the supply lasts just two days, it’s not acceptable. The comfort level of mattresses in the second room were so so. One full bed and one single bed filled up the room. Not enough room to move around.

As much as the facility is tired and on the old side the until was huge and extremly comfortable. Perfect location. Close to all but away enough not to be noisy. Lilly the site manager was extremely helpful and very accommodation and reactive in all positive ways. Thanks very much!

Great views and slightly out of the city, but can walk there easily. Pool was great too, with a nice restaurant right next to the building.

Spa was closed.

We booked a ground floor unit as needed a walk in shower arrived very late and found we had a shower over a spa on 2 nd floor not what we booked spoke to guy on desk next morning who said yes I can see u have wrong unit but owner not here today come back tomorrow We were on a tour next day earlier upon return a Sunday found reception closed Having this unit caused us issues as travelling with 2 other people and now had to share 1 bathroom Unit wasn’t very clean found chopsticks down side of bed and dirty dishes in pantry On the 3rd day finally spoke to Owner who said I thought the unit would be alright I explained it wasn’t !!! She then offered a$50 refund which we have yet to receive
