Mira Hotel

清潔。スタッフに日本語を話せる人がいる。その方に、ホルムスクまでのタクシーを頼んだとき、問い合わせた会社のタクシー代が高いからといって、別のタクシー会社に問い合わせしてくれた。そしたら半額くらいになった。受付スタッフ、レストランスタッフ、ベッドメイキングのスタッフ、ジムのスタッフ皆感じがとてもよい。受付スタッフは英語は堪能。タクシーで（350ルーブルくらい）シティーモールに行って、買いものした。ホテルの近くにもミニマーケットはある。空港と街中の駅の途中にある。ホテルの入り口は大通りに面していなくて、分かりにくいが、セキュリティーはしっかりしてる。

ホテル自体はサービスも良く、清潔感もあって気持ちよく過ごせました。ただ、立地は中心地から少し離れている為、バス・タクシーは必須です。周りは何もありません。夜は街中を出歩くのは控えた方が良いと言われていた為、計画的に行動しないと帰宅時間が遅くなります。

The hotel was nice. We just stayed one night with our kids and Enjoyed the pool..

Basic service and comfort

The Hotel is relatively new, hence best You can find in town. The rooms & sheets are clean & not old. The prices are high as everything in the city of Yuzhno. Alhough booking thru internet can be a trick with this hotel, not always goes thru:). The receptionists never mention nothing about the pool, but apparently they have one! Asked fr scissors one time when already was in the room, took them an hour to deliver to the room! Do not use their phone in the room because they will charge outrages for it! Use your cell. Breakfast is OK and free, they have coffee & tea, bacon & fruit. I travel often & always stay there after been thru many outrageously overpriced other Yuzhno Hotels. AS I said best You can find from what is availiable in Yuzhno for now.

I stayed at the Hotel during a extremely cold part of the season. The issue I had was the temp of the room stayed between 59 to 65F I had maintenance in every day for 3 weeks to take care of this issue. It would warm up for a bit to about 73F then it would fail again.

The Mira is a lovely new hotel. Still has a few kinks to work out. No coffee or hot water pot in the room. Maid service and kitchen were spotty. Good one time and not so good the next. The hotel caters to Business persons on an expense account not a tourist. Gym and Pool were wonderful.
