Imperial Palace Hotel - All Inclusive

Locația este foarte frumoasă, am avut prosoapele schimbate în fiecare zi dar cu meniul lada de dorit, același meniu în fiecare zi!

Цялата селяния на гостите - предимно баби и украинци. Неуредицата в ресторанта. Цените за стаите не съответстват на удобствата. Не можеш да се уредиш в асансьорите. Персоналът е малко и не може да обслужва хората. Ресторантът не покрива капацитета на хотела. Персоналът на бара трябва да си спазва работното време, а не да си изключва машините и да се приготвя да затваря 15-20 мин преди края.

Добро местоположение

Храната беше еднообразна, а стаята ни 4 дни не беше почистена. Хотелът е занемарен

Personalul de la curatenie pana nu lasi tips nu iti aduce nici hartie igienica plus mancare alterata ...am prins pui alterat si salam mirosind a acru ...totul răvășit ,uni oameni puneau mana de nisip pe mancare ,alti strănutau pe mancare....tacamurile cazute pe jos le puneau inapoi in cele curate ...plus ca nu mi se pare normal sa intri in bikini si plin de apa curgand la restaurant

The reception area is ok The room is spacious Bathroom was nice

First at arrival after 800km u can not park in front and do checkin it is quite a challenge. The guy in front instead having someone help with bags. He insisted to pay infront for parking, where my wife had to carry the bags with two children while the insisted to remove the car and send it to a parking lot 300m away. And turkish guy takes you and bring back to hotel with a car and asked for tip. Its ok for tiping but its not ok to not help check in. The carpet in the room and closet was very bad smell (complain but no responce) Staff need a lot of training how to treat tourists. Very very rude towards people. Eating food was more like in refugee camp (lots of people and not enough space in restaurants for that amount of tourists) u were lucky to grab a table! And not clean. All incllusive option is funny. U had to dring in plastic and very often no gllasess during eating time. Just the place was overcrouded. The spa is small and dirty. If you want to go in holiday and have no stress during the vacation and you require a standard this is not a place for you.
