WORST all inclusive resort I’ve ever seen ! I even know where to start . It’s so bad that I don’t even know who to blame . So , let’s start with the receptionist lady(Martha something she said because se doesn’t wear the tag chel the night shift of 03-04.09.2025 ), she is totally kept there against her will that’s more than obvious rude , acts like you should already know the answer . Even though the drinks are fake and awful in plastic little cups , the bartender asks for tips wich wouldn’t be a problem , but tips… at least in Europe you got to earn not to request ! Now let’s get to the food … damn … same every day nothing new , and the restaurant looks like an antique tavern (and not in good way ) sticky , smelly , dirt all over the place ( and also add a toxiinfection on that ) In the morning you have to stay in line at least 20 minutes to get a cup of that horrible coffe . And also sometimes 20-30 minutes to enter that place called “restaurant” by them ! Now you should have spa services included . Over there you will find a chubby guy that’s gonna propose you some very expensive massage (around 120 euro ) . God save you if you don’t wanna do it because that’s the place where you will get your pool towels , wich by the way are available only from 10 :00 -16:00 “because of the washing machine “ he said . The room: dirty smelly , doesn’t have even a paid minibar maul everywhere (I’ll post the pics ) , old ! The laundry never gets changed ! One small tu. Of shower gel per day per room , toilet paper is a luxury aswell .if you have children PLEASE for their own healthy don’t get them here ! If you buy the gold bracelet be careful !!! You only have access to at the far part of the beach ! Overall DON’T EVEN CONSIDER COMING HERE . maybe if they change some of the personnel attitude. Right now don’t even consider this place ! I’d rate it minus 10 but can only do 1 ! Hope this help !
