When you arrive at this hotel it is hard not to blown away by the view. It is incredible. It is located about two kilometres out of Deia. This means it is quiet and peaceful, and a very relaxing experience. There is a swimming pool, which is good because there is not a beach nearby. There are chairs and umbrellas by the pool so you can spend the whole day there if you wish. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is amazing. There are so many different options to choose from, including gluten free. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need, including an iron and a little ironing board.

The only thing I did not like was it was a bit noisy if anyone was walking past my room at night. My last night there some of the other guests were walking past my door after midnight and they were making a lot of noise. There's nothing to absorb the sound. Other than that I was extremely happy.

Einfach alles! Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht in dem Hotel, aber es war alles einfach ausgezeichnet. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön.

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden!

I har et kæmpe problem med duer som kurrer fra kl. 5.00 til solnedgang I må få en ranger til at regulere duerne, min hustru var meget frustreret/ stresset ALENE grundet duerne. Alt andet var paradisisk.

Personnel accueillant et chaleureux, bon restaurant, vue magnifique sur la mer, endroit calme et agréable, parking privatif gratuit.

Petit bémol sur le bruit de l'ascenseur (chambre juste à côté) qui peut gêner les personnes sensibles au bruit.

Nos hicieron una mejora en la habitación de forma gratuita. La estancia fue de 10 en todos los sentidos.

Es simplemente excepcional, nada nos disgustó.

Fantastic location, tremendous views, smartly set out ares, super pool area, lots of sun couches, so you could find peace and tranquility.

There were no towels in my room, when I phoned reception, the man believed I was wrong and the towels were in the bathroom, so just in case I had not spotted them I said I would look again and phone again if they were not there, they were not there! So I phoned again and he brought them to my room, so OK but rather than just say sorry about that, he said I do not know what happened he repeated this, so I said it's simple what happened the towels were not put in my room. At dinner I ordered my wine,starter,and main I finished my starter and a different man 'Jeroz'? Due to a language barrier this is how it sounded 'Jeroz' abruptly cleared my table and said coffee or dessert? I said but I have not had my main yet? He oh you want the menu? He shot off and quickly returned with the menu, I said but I've already ordered my meal, he was confused I heard the staff sort it out among themselves but again no apology whatsoever. Then whilst a typical issue due to the humidity levels in a shower room, the ceiling surface is peeling, water mark/stain is present and mature repair work has been done to a very poor standard! This issue is a very simple issue to remedy and a 4* establishment should have professional maintenance staff! This could be rectified in a few hours and last a fair while?
