Fantastic apartment sea views amazing. Block was just away from the busy hotel which is great, peaceful. Pools all great. Definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Excellent stay would definitely book again. Excellent view. Lovely staff who let me check in 4 hours early. Really was a pleasant surprise. Unbelievable value for money.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly.

Great facilities and barely no other people around so you can enjoy it privately. The kitchen was really well equipped.

The apartment is not very sound-proof so you here everything from the building. The hotel is at the furthest part of a huge complex so it’s difficult to leave the resort to go to the supermarket, explore sights etc.

The facilities and staff were exceptional,especially Christina! it was my birthday while at the propery and i had such a great time.

That I paid extra for a Jacuzzi and it didn’t work, and the staff were not very helpful

We felt very cheated by this accommodation. Be aware. We booked this accommodation specifically because of the pictures on Expedia and elsewhere of its Spa. The Spa was not only closed but in terrible state looking like it had been shut down ages ago due to hygienic reasons. Additionally the shuttle bus came very infrequently (you are on top of a hill with no amenities) and the only neighbouring resort which was open, the Polynesia Hotel, had overpriced buffet food catered to English guests. No Spanish food or supermarkets nearby.
