The staff was very hospitable. Facilities were good and everything was very clean and well maintained.

I thought the hotel would have beach access. A bit let down by that.

Hospitality, Location, Views

Although the charges are as much as 5 Stars, facilities do not justify the charges. The facilities were not bad but not the level of 5stars as per the room charges. It could have been a little less. Otherwise very warm and nice staff, good food, and perfect for holiday.

"Overall nice, didn’t get the beach experience that we were hoping for."

Property is clean and has Comfortable rooms. Staff was courteous and hospitable. We went to the catamaran restaurant and the WWW rooftop bar. Both has good food and drink option. Rooftop bar has the best views.

Wish the property had beach access. The public beach is closed until October due to the rain. You can’t even walk on the sand. Mosquitos are a problem in the area not much hotel can do, bring bug spray. Activity room was plain maybe we would’ve used it if it had a fan or A/C

"Overall nice experience"

An evening well spent! Loved the beach view from room..comfortable and relaxing.

Not really great bathroom. Old building and rooms. Highly expensive, but have to pay extra for even small food items made available in mini bar within the room.Overall not a 5 star experience.
