Gokulam Grand Turtle On The Beach

Our room at the Turtle was spacious, good and clean with a huge terrace with sea views. The pool area could have been cleaner and there was a shortage of sun beds and brollies. It was very easy to get to the beach by either hotel car or a tuk tuk was only INR 100. We spent most of our time on Lighthouse beach as at the left end, looking out to sea, there was an amazing snorkelling spot. Brilliant.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They considered our request for rooms near to each other and upgraded one of our booked rooms to a better one so that we could stay closer to our family. Shout out to the exceptional customer service. The drop to the beach and room services were good. The rooms were spacious. Location was good. Swimming pool was available.

When compares to other 5 star hotels, cutlery set was missing in the room. Liquid hand wash dispenser wasn't available near the wash basin. Faced few challenges with driver accommodation.

The room was large, location good , staff were attentive.

No beach access , shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor . Hotel very tired needs to be renovated. Pool area not great .

Beach is not connected to the hotel . It's a 5 min walk . Rooms are not sound proof. Over all not a place to stay

Location, hospitality, staff attitude and cleanliness were exceptionally good. Keep it up

Buffet dinner/ breakfast can be improved. We went on a week day.

We were upgraded to the Honeymoon suite. Awesome view. Plenty of choices at the buffets. Short hike up hill to hotel, but you there are shops along the way.
