Friendly welcome, comfortable bed. Owner even offered to drop me down to the sea front where I was meeting friends as it was pouring with rain.

Very clean

I really liked that Sabina was there to greet me on my arrival and my exit which was extremely early in the morning. I wasn't expecting to see anyone from previous experience so it was a lovely surprise. I liked having hangers in my room so I could hang up my clothes, the bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep both nights.

I loved being able to have a cup of tea in my room with the kettle and cups available, in the future it would be awesome for a hot chocolate option and extra milks.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Able to walk down into the town and harbour.

There were a list of rules don't eat in the bed Don't soil the towels Don't put too much toilet paper in the toilet as it will block and I would be responsible for the cost. Towels only changed every three days. The towels were not bath robes but very thin guest towels and very hard. Had to go out to buy my own towels. No space for toiletries had to put on top of fridge. Bathroom small and floor dirty. Shower cubicle next to toilet very uncomfortable a large person would be unable to shower in there Only managed 2 of the 4 nights. On departure no one to speak to a note on the reception desk to say the hosts were out for the day. Crumbs on stairs when we arrived still there on Thursday. Not a relaxing break at all

Bathroom floor got very wet shower door not long enough and leaked underneath the showerdoor and the parking is poor

Very friendly hosts they couldn't do enough for you. Really nice breakfast, location was very good.

Parking spaces limited at the Hotel, but managed to find free parking on surrounding roads so not a big issue.

Everything you could wish for in a B&B. Very friendly and hardworking owners.
