Nimrod Resort Apartments

The property had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. Our apartment location was perfect with the grass area, pool facilities & playground basically in our backyard, everything we needed to keep our 2.5yo happy!

Fantastic set up for our family. Everything we needed. Was relaxing and quiet. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable rooms and the garden was beautiful. Kids loved the pool, awesome to have BBQ right there.

The kids just loved their room and the pool. This resort is away from the port douglas city, and neighborhood is very dark and quiet. it's super close to the 4 mile beach which is just lovely. parking is just below the unit and very convenient. I do recommend to be with a car there. The unit itself is fully utilized and beds are good.

None, our stay at Nimrod was exceptional

Family of 4 (kids 11 + 13) stayed for 2 nights in an upstairs end 2 bed apartment. We loved the pool, it was a highlight with the waterfall and floaties to play with. Nice bathroom and balconies on both sides, large living space and laundry. Friendly staff arranged late check in and early check out, paid by phone as office was shut. Great parking under the unit. Geckos in the gardens were fun to spot too!

Some minor maintenance issues shared with the managers, not a full set of crockery to use, kids bed are on rollers and move around so stick a suitcase at the end to stop that. Air con in bedrooms worked fast but was a little noisy at night so we used the fans instead.
