La chambre était grande. Le décor est magnifique. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est moins adapté pour les gens qui sont intolérants à lactose. Ce serait bien d’avoir le petit déjeuner plus variés (légumes frais, etc), pas tout le monde prend le petit déjeuner à l’indien.

It was my first time staying at The Ambassador and I had a lovely time. The room was really nice and spacious and all amenities were provided. Housekeeping did a great job, and were really helpful whenever anything was needed. I used the room service option one evening, and food was delivered to the room quite quickly. The lobby of the hotel is stunning, and the hotel is located in a prime location with easy links to metro, train and shopping locations. Given that it is a popular location, in the room there is no outside noise which definitely adds to making the experience better! There was also a lot of choice for Breakfast, and the team were really polite in the mornings. Overall, thank you to the team at The Ambassador for a very pleasant stay and for making the end of my India trip so smooth and seamless!

I thought the hotel was mediocre but I found the was very good and helpful.

Standard of the bathroom was poor. Our entrance door bell rang continuesly on two occasions and needed hotel engineers to fix it. Pretty annoying. Arrived early, say around 10.30am. They had a vacant room but we had pay around Rupees 3000. 00 extra to have the room straight away. I was unhappy about the extra charge I had to pay.

All staff members were very helpful and courteous, very professional. They went beyond their duty. Most exceptional was the staff member who found my passports and cash and turned it over to the receptionist who called me. They have returned my belongings. 10 plus kudos for their honesty. Thank you all for exceptional service and honesty.

Everything was good except that on the last morning , I had to have a cold shower and it took forever to get hot water in a bucket for my husband’s bath! It spoilt the gym stay not by the problem itself but the difficulty of communicating the solution!
