Chambre petite et petit déjeuner restreint malgré le paiement

Location was great - close to the Damascus gate and other major attractions in Jerusalem. We found it easy to get around. Staff was helpful with certain things we enquired about.

Overall the hotel needs a major upgrade. Rooms were old and the bathrooms were ok. For the 9 days that we were there the staff didn't change bedding and did not give us water every day or clean towels. We were not in the hotel most of the time so it was pk to just sleep for the night. It would be a great hotel with some renovations and customer service updates.

The goal of my visit was to visit the holy sites in Jerusalem. Herod's gate faces the street that led to New Capitol Hotel so it was very convenient. From the main road it was a pleasant 7 mins wall to the hotel. Plenty of shops selling mainly clothes, 1 fruit and vegetable shop (fresh local fruits and veggies- I love the local dates), 1 coffee shop and a shawarma (meat and Chicken) restaurant with seating space upstairs. You cannot miss the hotel on the left as it has the most beautiful flower parade infront of the place. Staff very welcoming.

1 bathroom door broken, taps could have been de-scaled, main bathroom water leaking from somewhere, so floor remained wet.

Dobrá lokalita blízko centra Jeruzalému, možnost zaparkovat v okolí.

The hotel is perfect.. the breakfast is just enough.. the room and bed confortable. we just hoped we stayed longer.
