The staff were the most friendliest I have ever come across in Israel. I have been to Israel four times. The owner or the General Manager of the hotel went out of his way to help me with an issue with a taxi that I had hired.

Staff is very friendly and flexible, AC works well, location is really perfect as it is on walking distance to the old city and you can park your car beside the hotel on a paid parking garage.
