Location. Clean - I mean the room and bathroom were spotless. Nice comfy bed . Staff very nice and helpful. Esp the restaurant . It has a very relaxed vibe . Easy to park . I think any dislikes were purely personal preferences but the majority of guests will be rightly pleased to have stayed here .

It’s tired. I think it feels quite claustrophobic as there are many winding windowless corridors that look the same and it’s def not bright and airy upstairs. I think that’s a negative for me and a shame as I wouldn’t stay again unless I booked a larger room on the ground floor. The windows in my room only opened a crack - adding to that feeling you are hemmed in. Downstairs the corridors are wider and the place feels completely different.

Comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff. Everything was just easy, check in, breakfast, pool use, checkout. We requested early check in as we were attending a wedding - no problem.

Rooom size. Pillows excellent!! Comfy bed. Good curtains. Breakfast variety good. Staff friendly. Generally quiet. The suncream in the foyer.

Flashing on alarm. Light from under the door. Aspect onto venting pipes not so great. Q a long way too and fro from M5 given it's actual proximity.
