La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de tren y bus stop, el personal, amable y dispuesto a ayudar

No limpiaron la habitación adecuadamente. A la cama en lugar de tenderla, solo la estiraron. Ni se molestaron en arreglar los almohadones ni almohadas. El baño tampoco lo repasaron. Había un cabello pegado en el azulejo cuando llegamos y permaneció estoico nuestras 2 noches en el hotel. Tener en cuenta que no hay aire acondicionado ( aunque hay un ventilador que nos salvó de las noches de calor)

Just a 5 minute walk from the train Station. Very clean rooms, and lovely staff. The breakfast was very nice. Great garden.

Great location, friendly staff. Lovely spacious room. Delicious breakfast.

Our room overlooked the beer garden so it was a bit noisy until 11pm, but it is a pub, so that’s to be expected.

It was comfortable, clean and well located for our trip

I was disappointed with the check in - I had kept the Bell informed of our progress but on entering I had to wait in Q with the customers waiting for drinks at the bar while husband waiting to know where to park etc. it was not most welcoming start. Thereafter the service was great
