Anne and John were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble, from changing the biscuits in the room for a gluten free option to providing ideas for walks. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. Location was perfect, and parking was easy. Would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous area, house, room and hosts. This was somewhere we had looked at a few times, and so we were pleased to make our dates match availability finally. The room we used was very large, comfortable and with an immaculate en-suite. Lots of little touches from quality toiletries, chocolates, biscuits, tea, coffee etc. A small chiller with fresh milk for drinks and bottles of water was very useful. Beautiful breakfast room with fantastic cereal, yoghurt and fruit salad and great cooked options. The house and gardens are beautiful. Homemade marmalade was divine. The area is very quiet and we had a good night's sleep every night we were there. Easy walk into town for food and shopping and other good local options. It doesn't take long to walk to the seafront either so you don't have to have a car with you if you stay here.

Lovely B&B with elegant and comfortable facilities, good breakfast choice, including delicious home-made jams and granola. Good wardrobe and other storage. The owners were very welcoming. John made me a wonderful cheese on toast. Walking distance from the sea front and Towner Art Gallery.

All our expectations were met for a relaxng short break. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. There was free parking in the street nearby and electric charging for our car.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Manse B&B. Starting with the beautiful house, which is carefully and tastefully decorated, the very clean, well-kept, comfortable and spacious room, the delicious breakfast freshly prepared and cooked by John every morning (plus: wonderful homemade granola), Anne's great suggestions for walks and visits surrounding Eastbourne - and we could go on. But most of all, it was the two hosts that truly made us feel at home during our whole stay. Only repeating but truly meaning what others have written before: This was the best BnB we ever stayed at. Dear Anne and John, thank you both so much for such a wonderful time!

A perfect stay. From the welcome, gorgeous house, spotless room with great facilities. Hosts Anne and John are really kind and friendly, and breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful.

Lovely B&B with only 3 rooms and managed by Ann and John with so much love and care. It felt like visiting a close friend or a family member’s house and being hosted with a comfy bed, good food, good coffee and what more can I ask for. Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Eastbourne for a weekend.

Very warm and welcoming hosts. Made to feel so at home with loads personal touches throughout our room and house.

We have stayed here many times times and have always found the property to be so beautiful and unique. John and Anne are so warming and make you feel so welcome
