Muy rico el desayuno, solo poner un aviso de lo caliente en la barra de comida, por favor; el personal en comedor muy amable. El valet parking, nos atendieron muy atentos siempre.

Las almohadas estaban muy duras.

-Considero que el desayuno no es malo, pero podría esta mucho mejor en la variedad de los alimentos. -Las instalaciones de la alberca muy cómodas y completas. -Servicio de internet óptimo - Bahía de ascenso y descenso funcional

-El uso de platos, vasos y cubiertos desechables no lo considere bueno como parte de compromiso por el medio ambiente y más teniendo la forma de que el consumo de alimentos es ahí mismo. - El agua de la alberca se encontraba sucia - Cuando llegamos a realizar el check- in no había sistema, a pesar de tener comprobante digital del pago del servicio tuvimos que esperar al menos 30 minutos en lobby a la 1:00 de la madrugada - Salió una cucaracha del sistema de ventilación - El sistema de clima tarda en alcanzar el clima programado
