"No respetaron mi reservación"

No respetaron mi reservación de habitación VIP justificando que en su sistema no les aparecia así, además mi reservación fue por 2 camas Queen y me dieron habitación con camas matrimoniales y comentaron que solo tienen habitaciones con camas matrimoniales y king size.

excelente ubicación, solo que nos cobraron extra por una sabana que se mancho de dulce y nos bloquearon el acceso a la habitacion hasta que pagaramos. La verdad no regresaremos a hospedarnos, porque no querian inclusive aceptarnos el pago de la sabana con tarjeta, siendo ya de noche un 25 de Dic y con el cuarto cerrado hasta que pagaramos cuando nuestra salida ya era el 26. El tema fue la forma en que se nos trató, traiamos a nuestro hijo con una condición especial y pues la mancha no se hizo con intención o por descuido. Muy mala experiencia

"Everything was excellent, except for the cold water in the pool."

The rooms were comfortable and I loved the view

The cold water in the pool was a big turn down. My children and I couldn’t fully enjoy this amenity because of this.
