Definitivamente lo recomiendo! El personal muy amable, desayuno muy rico, estacionamiento accesible, y siempre hay alguien cuidando afuera del hotel. Muy buen servicio.

"Very nice stay but only pay cash in pesos not dollars. Not even a credit card."

Nice property

They over charge you when you pay with an American Credit Card. They had a sign that they were paying 15 pesos per dollar which I assumed was for cash only so I paid with my credit card and they also lower the exchange rate to 15 pesos even though the market is currently at 16.45. I offer to paid in cash but they didn’t cancel the transaction so I ended paying $95 dollars instead of $88. I’m not sure I would stay there again.

"Pésima atención "

Me quise hospedar a ti porque es el único que tenía piscina climatizada, pese a que me he hospedado muchas veces ahí me dijeron que nunca habían tenido piscina climatizada y que no la podrían poner. La verdad hay muchos mejores opciones y más baratas en ciudad Victoria. Lo peor de todo fue la atención nunca volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Great place in the middle of down town with lots of restaurants and stores to shop. The only bad thing No hot water so we couldn’t take a shower water was too cold ! Breakfast was included and really good they cook in front of you any way you want eggs and lots of other hot breakfast delicious after driving 15 hours
