Staff very very friendly. Food exceptional.

Room's fixtures and fittings very tired. Bathroom cold tap needs replacing. Shower water pressure low and faulty shower head fitting. Mattress far too spongy for our liking. Creaky floor boards throughout. Carpark needs resurfacing- horrendous.
