Our stay at PortoBay Teatro in Porto was absolutely fantastic. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived; warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member made us feel taken care of. The location was perfect for exploring Porto. We could walk everywhere easily — the waterfront, restaurants, shopping, historic sites, and the beautiful streets of the city were all within reach. The breakfast each morning was also excellent. The buffet had a great selection with plenty of fresh, high-quality options, and the coffee was genuinely outstanding. A perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore Porto. Beautiful hotel, wonderful atmosphere, and an overall excellent experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything. The location was excellent, very central. Breakfast was wonderful, and our evening meal on our first night was extremely tasty. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Nothing really, it was a wonderful hotel for our short break in Porto.
