Wonderful location for our trip to Falmouth. Close to the beach, station and town Centre. Clean room, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Thank you

Room on the small side is staying more than a few nights. But other rooms are available and this was our choice because we moved to a house with family for the second part of our break.

Good location. Very comfortable room, bed and pillows all great. Super large rain shower. Appreciated the nice touches of fresh milk and cold water in the fridge.

We felt that the window for breakfast , only an hour was too short. Plus the checkout time at 10.00am was early compared to anywhere else we have stayed. A bit more flexibility would be well received.

We had lovely large ground floor unit with a private patio. Was well appointed and very comfortable. A very relaxed setting with a nice garden outlook. Short walk to either beach or town. Freshly cooked breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect for walking to the beach, shops, restaurants and the University. There was parking and I was lucky to get the last space, but plenty outside on the road. Ellie was very welcoming and the room/ bathroom were just as the photos online. The towels were soft and the bed comfortable. The breakfast room was light/fresh, with excellent service and the breakfast was delicious - pre- ordered the night before. Thank you Gillynvase House for a lovely brief stay.

We liked the cleanliness and the extremely friendly welcome. Also the little extras in the fridge. All the breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room's terrace area was so comfortable and opposite was a fantastic lounge area in the garden with an honesty bar. The location was perfect for the beach and beach bar which was a few minutes walk away. We would definitely stay again.

Some hooks in the bathroom would have been great but a minor issue.

Sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück, nette zuvorkommende Host. Kann ich jedem weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, das nahe zum Strand und 15min zu Fuss in die Stadt, liegt. Das Gartenhaus, in dem man lesen und etwas trinken konnte, hat uns gut gefallen. Auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt. Frühstück war lecker, es hat nur frisches Obst gefehlt.

Hier stimmt (fast) alles! Freundlicher Empfang - tolles, sauberes Zimmer - P vor dem Haus - feines Frühstück - gute Lage und ruhig gelegen - alles in allem Perfekt!
