Basic, cold and excessively priced!

Basic and cold, no heating in evenings in room, poor when it’s 10C outside.

The hosts, Ellie and Andrew, were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, loved the granola yoghourt puree! The room clean and. most importantly, the bed was comfortable. There's a lovely garden with an outdoor room where you can relax and enjoy a drink from the honesty bar. There were lots of places to eat in the evening within walking distance.

Easy to find with a reasonably sized car park, breakfasts were delivered quickly and the staff were very helpful, the outside lounge is very comfortable and the garden is lovely

The room was smaller than we would have liked with the TV not easy to view (this would be better if it was on the wall opposite to the foot of the bed nearest the window), it was disappointing to find that the the outside lounge and honesty bar closed at 8 pm given that the nearby beach bar / restaurant closes at 10 pm and the only other pubs which are open after 10 pm are at the other end of the town (20 - 25 minutes walk) - some provision to provide evening meals would be beneficial as the nearest restaurants are quite expensive and their menus are quite specialised,

Would gladly stay here again. Room was comfortable and immaculately clean. Staff were lovely. The toilet for the single room is in the hall, which was fine.

Clean, comfortable, bright rooms with a lovely breakfast included. Very kind owners. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a bit of an uphill hike from town without a car. The bathroom was very tiny and hard to turn around in. The room was utilitarian and spare, but the bed was very comfortable and the space was clean and bright.

Good, clean and perfect place to stay for holiday.

We felt very welcomed when we arrived. The hotel’s location is excellent for the beach and the town centre. Breakfast was lovely and the room was both clean and modern. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
