Brilliant as always

Excellent facilities. Polite staff . Lovely room .

Ample parking, Great bar, large bed room (Rm11). Pool, steam room, Sauna all great and up to standard. No complaints, we shall visit again another day.

Check in was quite quick and the lady was polite and welcoming. The massage was also good as I came out feeling relaxed. The restaurant staff we felt needs improvement; we’ve advised one of the staff that we have moved table and was waiting for our hot drinks but never came so my friend had to asked and brought our pots of coffee to our table herself! We were served with nibble’s without a plate and had to asked for it. Little things can make a big difference! Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay - thank you.

We had a lovely stay - great welcome and our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Dinner was delicious and the breakfast one of the best. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

The hotel has lots of character and is small enough to have that personal touch. Rooms are spacious with cosy beds and a spa bath. Bar is a nice place to unwind with a drink. Spa and treatments were very reasonably priced. Breakfast was a slight disappointment due to dirty plates and cutlery. Overall it was a great value for money experience and we will certainly be returning.

Beautifully appointed property. We had a lovely room in a quiet area on the ground floor. The staff in all areas of service were excellent. Polite and helpful. The spa is lovely. There was an obvious lack of basic toiletries in the rooms. Eg no bossy cream or shower cap. The massage was great but no water offered post treatment. And in 2025 electric car chargers should be installed for such a good quality hotel. Otherwise we had a fabulous stay

Good start overall. Nice room and clean. Bar staff needed to be a bit more attentive as bunched together talking and needed to get their attention each time. Friendly staff overall and would stay again
