Honestly probably the worst customer service of any hotel I have stayed in over the last 12 months. They tried to over charge me when I settled my bill.

We really enjoyed our stay it was perfect very relaxing staff were amazing would highly recommend wanted it to be special as it was an extended celebration for my husbands 50th birthday we shall definitely be back . Thanl you so much from both of us ❤️❤️

excellent stay, had an upgrade, room service good

First time in hotel was excellent stay staff was so friendly and helpful went above and beyond I lost my room key twice haha and Rebecca from reception helped me out and just smiled and not a problem am definitely coming back to stay there again 👍 owners are lucky to have a great team there thanks jay Liverpool

Staff on reception were professional friendly and engaging. Room was spacious and modern. Bar area very inviting and the food was excellent. Really good range on the evening menu and quality and presentation were excellent. Bar and restaurant staff all really professional. We have a great stay.

Easy to find, loads of parking and the warmest welcome I've had in many recent hotel stays. Couldn't have been more friendly and helpful upon late arrival and the rooms are excellent. Thank you for a great stay.

Had a amazing stay only let down by lamb at dinner tough as old boots couldn’t eat any off it ask for it to be taken off bill restaurant manager thought she was do market deal send waiter to tell me she will give me 50 % because I Eaton al the veg lol Not the money as give refund to waiter. For tip for good service What a very silly thing to let hotel down with As rest off food and stay was amazing
