"Great place to stay just off M62"

Ideal for our needs which was to meet up with some old friends for a birthday. The hotel was mid-point, clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good food. Dog friendly as well.

Ideally situated - close to motorway, beautiful surroundings, food was exceptional, staff very lovely, comfy room - basic but had everything needed and very clean. I’ll be back again for sure.

"Excellent say in public house"

Excellent evening meal and Breakfast in our package Very friendly, lively personable staff. King size bed comfy Clean large fluffy towels. Great view from the bedroom, Great on site parking

Perhaps another shelf or unit in the bathroom A ladies mirror and chsir located together for hdir drying but only a minor niggle as enjoyed our stay

"Excellent pub that serves delicious food"

Nice pub out of Halifax, busy with drinkers and eaters. Evening meal was delicious and goid value. We stayed overnight in a large king sized room that came with a massive breakfast all for £75.

"Very disappointed about the room"

The evening meal was lovely and waiting on staff were very attentive.

This was a birthday stay for mine and my husband, we bookend a king room to have a treat but we were given a double, which was very disappointing. The room was very dated and very hot as it was too noisy to have the windows open due to being on a main road and the windows only being single glazed, there was also no fan. The breakfast was ok but very salty and the coffee was weak and undrinkable
