Great view from the room and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

First room was like a prison cell and damp (cosy room) - it wasnt the size as I knew would be small but the draughty and ratlly window frames and the damp smell and darkness I got moved to a better room but was charged extra. Still not a great room. Breakfast included, but no hot food. You had to pay Common parts faded

So relaxing and calming with amazing sea views

The lighting in the bedroom was a little too dim - made putting in make up impossible- had to do this in the bathroom .

Excellent Artisan breakfast

Shower needed a rinser. Tiny sink. Lack of bathroom shelving.

Mostly the location, but great room and facilities.

Staff were lovely

Bit keen to shut tge coffee shop and tge curtains to the veiws of the coast
