The staff were amazing .. Louise and Ash are just wonderful .. They couldn’t have been more helpful .. they are an asset to your company .. fantastic

Too many stairs and the lift wasn’t working

Nice Pool, great view from restaurant, good food and very good breakfast

The rooms were a little warm, there was a ventilator but airconditioning would have been nice

The beach is too far and is mentioned incorrectly. No hair drier in room No veg food Breakfast is paid (not mentioned)

Breakfast was fabulous. The Wild Cafè menu was varied and interesting and the food delicious. The Spa was also fabulous. Our room was fabulous.

Only tiny thing, could have done with an extra shelf or two in the bathroom.

Lovely quirky hotel on the cliff. I like quirkiness so it suited me. It's well worth upgrading to sea view room esp if there's a big bright moon.

A couple of cup rings on the bedside table, this has happened during two stays. I cleaned it up myself but it's that little bit of attention to detail that would put them in the PERFECT category.

Continental breakfast was superb and the view at breakfast was amazing .The vibe at the hotel was calm , with many thoughtful touches . This is my third visit and I will keep coming back because it is so lovely

Small thing , how the bread is served first in the restaurant, to be given the option to eat it throughout the meal instead as as a course . It a little confusing , and you end up eating too much and not having any to mop up sauces later on .
