Lovely B&B breakfast was delicious Hosts were so nice and welcoming bed was a bit hard but overall a lovely stay

It’s my fourth time at the Wellington in the last 12 years and the breakfast back then exceeded my expectations and visiting again this year match those expectations Paul and Yvette are extremely great hosts and very personable and remembered me from all my visits through all the years we’ve been there will definitely recommend it and definitely be coming again

Personal choice for us but if there is a bigger bed we would go for that, but as I mentioned it is a personal choice.

If I could give an 11 for the staff - I would do. Great hosts, very friendly and accommodating! Cooked a great full English breakfast for myself and tailor made breakfast for my wife who's a bit picky!

They let us to check in 8 am in the morning and the owners of the hotel are great people excellent communication and amazing breakfast. I would also highly recommend to everyone who is coming for PLEB Aspire house must stay at this hotel, only two mins walking distance.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Wellington Hotel while attending courses at a nearby academy, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We were enveloped in warmth and comfort that felt more like staying at our grandparents’ home than a hotel. The accommodations were not only cozy and inviting, but also immaculately clean and well-maintained, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Each morning, we were greeted with a delightful breakfast that was not only delicious but also gave us the energy to power through our day. What truly set Wellington Hotel apart, however, were the people. Yvette and Paul, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their kindness, warmth, and attentive care made us feel like family rather than guests. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality that touches your heart. We cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a comfortable, homely place to stay. Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, this hotel is sure to make your visit memorable.
