"Poor"

The hosts were fab, when arrived couldn’t do enough for me! Rooms very clean and decent bathroom.

The bed was terrible so uncomfortable, We were booked for 2 nights but only stayed one, we asked if we could upgrade early on our 2nd morning and would pay extra for a room with 2 beds, we were told we would have to buy another room!! I just couldn’t understand they had rooms to spare but wouldn’t let us upgrade!! Just thought it was poor customer service we’d already paid for a room why couldn’t we move when they were available!

Hotel is absolutely fantastic, clean, breakfast is delicious, location spot on. Yvette and Paul couldn’t do enough for us! This was our second stay and our second time in Blackpool we wouldn’t go anywhere else x

Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. really went the extra mile for you. Rooms were clean with very comfy beds. Right next to the seafront whilst avoiding the noise that the main street brings.
