Lovely clean comfort

Filthy, mouldy, smelly, sticky carpets, cobwebs. Our booked rooms were given to someone else, we were given 2 rooms instead of 3. One room had water coming in from the roof. The other was just disgusting. room next door partied all night so no sleep. Staff member played pool and refused to deal with it.

The hotel was awful, useless staff, no facilities nothing to offer The TV in the room didn't work neither did the kettle, the room stunk to high heaven of damp. The shower still had an old razor from a previous guest still in there which indicates that it had not been cleaned If someone was there I would have demanded a refund! Safe to say that I'll never be returning to this hotel EVER AGAIN!

The rooms absolutely stunk of Wee. It was all over the toilet and mattresses. It was not clean in the slightest. The mattresses were disgusting! The floor looked as though it hadnt been hoovered all year. The toilet and shower was full of really long black hairs and they both needed a good scrub. The corridor itself stunk of stale fag's. Me, my partner and our 2 kids all slept ontop of our covers it was that bad! We had to go to the shop and buy cleaning products just to try get the room cleaner and smelling a bit better. We did complain to them and they did offer us a free stay next time but there is absolute no chance I would ever stay there again.

Was clean just what we need for sleep over a good part was stuff to make brew in morning
