The room was spacious

The toilet had last person's diarrhea, the mattress was springs, the noise from other rooms on same floor.

The staff were helpful

No working kettle or coffee facilities had to ask for a working kettle & buy all my Coffee making stuff £8 for the equivalent of 1 cup of coffee bathroom not cleaned shower had pubic hair no TV on the wall & people screaming & arguing all night I think it's more for people awaiting immigration status than for guests I was down to DJ Saturday night arrived Friday but my Saturday booking hadn't registered so stayed in the nightclub til 6 am

"Horrible never again"

Nothing

The owners was partying till silly hours, there was a whole in the shower wall also black mild on the shower curtain not enough room to move the tv stop working two days before booking out beds uncomfortable
