The beds weren’t made there was no one there to speak too no parking no breakfast available bar wasn’t open the beds were uncomfortable There were things under the bed went home a night early

Dirty room things left in bed side draw ie tools no tea or coffee no kettle no towels suppose to be delux just enough room to swing a cat.

I booked 3 rooms for last Saturday. On arrival we were met by the owner and signed the appropriate paperwork. He sent a young boy up to check all our 3 rooms where clean. After giving us the thumbs up we went to our rooms just to put our bags in and venture out. On return the following happened. My bathroom in my room had no light and had mould all over shower curtain. Another room had 1 cup a fork and NO tea or coffee or milk and the toilet didnt flush at all. And mould all over shower curtain The 3rd room bathroom door would not shut at all. On returning to the property that evening about midnight my front main door key wouldn't fit so I had to wake my friends up to let me in. Then when I woke the following morning I opened the dirty curtains to see the weather only to find an empty can of coke an empty water bottle and a packet of crisp have eaten. All from the previous guest. Disgusting. I've tried contacting the property to discuss my complaints and there is constant answering machine and have still recieved no call back. Filthy property. Stay away.

Room was dirty never stayed somewhere so bad pillows had stains on

The bed was comfortable and the room was warm.

The toilet made a load noise when flushed, the shower didn’t work, and the kettle didn’t reach the plug.

Room dated one single plug socket no tea coffee sugar milk 2 x single beds should of had a double no towels glasses in bathroom

The staff at the hotel where amazing and could not do enough for us. Despite there not being a bar at the hotel they was happy enough for us to bring our own in and have a drink, they also played music for us and there was no charge for the pool table. The hotel is self was in a fantastic location I would say in the middle of Blackpool Tower and the fun fair.

The hotel its self is in need of some TLC. If a little more attention could be paid to cleanliness and amenities in the hotel room its self this would be a really good hotel. The beds and bedding was spotless that I cant fault it was other things within the hotel room its self that let it down.

We checked in,then walked out and had to pay for another hotel..wasn't fit to sleep in.it was disgusting.
