Needs a bit of TLC putting back into the place, fresh lick of paint, new furnishings extra plug sockets could be made back into a thriving business plus the bar open would be great for the customers.

No heating no hot water scruffy place in general run by imbasils children running riot at 1am and later even after we complained kids unattended threw day at pool table just very run down we freezing and not nice one plug socket on room tv didn't work no light in toilet also mattress on single bed was like a air bed just folded soon as u got on it extremely uncomfortable springs in u all night

People smoking weed in the property. Kids were running around banging on doors . There was no one to report to . The staff did not even know what room we was staying in and tried putting us in wrong rooms . The room we ended up staying in was full of black mold . We left and booked somewhere else .

Nothing it's was horrible. It was a good job my family was staying only one night if any longer I would of found some were else .

The hotel was dirty I would not but my dogs in there no breakfast falling down ceiling.to be honest it needs closing down.also having to make a brew on the floor and shower then was dirty and not safe. This is because of the Jeanne hotel in Blackpool canceling my booking.dont let booking .com find u a hotel
